Cranstoun provide a wide range of services in the Portsmouth area that work in partnership with other local services to help people into, through and out of drug and alcohol treatment services. Cranstoun provide the first point of contact for treatment services in the city and undertake needs assessment in a flexible, customer oriented way.
Cranstoun services include: R-Club Modular Structured Day Program, R-Club Women's Service, Open Access Service, Mobile Needle & Syringe Exchange, PORTAS Outreach and Treatment Access, GLOW LGBT Outreach & Support Service and Engage Volunteering & ETE Service

Kingsway House is a multi-professional team consisting of mental health nurses, adult nurses, social workers, support workers, doctors and psychiatrists. This integrated team allows services that address the biological, psychological and social aspects of substance misuse.
Services provided at Kingsway House include: Substitute prescribing (methadone or suboxone script) with regular monitoring and key-working sessions, Detoxification of drugs and/or alcohol, Group work, Medical assessments, Social care assessments, Advice and information, Joint working with other services and Drug screening.
